Ash was ever so patient. No matter how many questions I asked Ash responded promptly. Everything went very smoothly. Communication was very effective. The customer care team provided excellent service. I shopped around quite a bit and found their price was very competitive. Included no charge shipping, no charge activation and no charge equipment. Very user friendly equipment and my loved one had absolutely no problem getting it set up and going all by herself remotely with the help of the customer care team. I shopped around before I chose Senior Protection. They are by far superior to their competitors. Not only do they have GPS system but their prices are fair with zero delivery charges and set up fees etc. I was hesitant to go with companies that are hooked up to your Bell Canada landline as they often have outages, leaving my uncle unprotected. During our set up I accidently set off the alarm three times. The response was immediate and they were never annoyed that it was three repeated false alarms. I completed a call today with a rep by the name of Sheba. She was awesome to deal with and explained the products and services well. Additionally she answered questions about the structure of the company and spoke highly of the CEO and her managers which is very unusual in the current business climate. I also highly appreciate that they have their customer service based in Canada unlike some of their horrendous competition,Telus, who not only outsource most of their service but use computer chatbot type technology for their medic alert service. For seniors that are the age of my mother born in 1940 this is an egregious customer service system.
